Q. WHAT IS MADE TO ORDER?
A. You choose from our selection of styles, colour and standard size and it is made up for you.

Q. DO YOU HAVE MORE COLOURS TO CHOOSE FROM?
A. Yes we do, we have over 50 colours to choose from. Please contact us for our colour selection.

Q. HOW DO I CHOOSE A SIZE?
A. Please see our sizing chart on choosing the right size for you.

Q. I WANT TO TRY A DRESS ON BEFORE I ORDER, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
A. Yes, we can send samples out to you to try if you live in Australia, please contact us for further details. If you live in Perth please contact us for a studio appointment.

Q. CAN YOU MAKE A DRESS TO MY MEASUREMENTS?
A. Unfortunately we do not do Made to measure garments online. We do how ever offer a couture or made to Measure service by studio appointment, please contact us for further details.

Q. CAN YOU DO ALTERATIONS ONCE DRESS IS MADE?
A. Unfortunately we don't, We advise choosing a recommended seamstress or tailor to further customise your dress.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A DRESS?
A. Katya Bride works within a 10 to 14 week time frame. We recommend you allow 4 weeks to the big day, to allow you ample time to make any minor alterations you may require once you receive your dress.

Q. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE.
A. We use Australian Registered Express post with in Australia. This usually takes 1 to 4 working days for delivery. Please contact us for Overseas delivery.

Q. I WANT TO ORDER A DRESS BUT I NEED IT SOONER, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
A. Yes this is possible, depending on time of the year, we can produce orders in quicker timeframe if needed. a fee may apply. Please contact us and we can try and accommodate you where possible.

Q. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A. All orders are final.

Q. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY DRESS?
A. Katya Bride does not accept liability for change of mind. No returns or exchange on items unless faulty. No claim for a faulty item will be accepted if the garment is not in its original state.

Q. DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?
A. No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Q. DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?
A. Yes, please contact us for shipping rates.
